1 c. sugar
1 c. raw peanuts
1/3 c. Karo (white)
1 tbsp. vinegar

Cook in sauce pan until light golden and peanuts pop. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and stir quickly. Pour into buttered cookie sheet. No stir.
