FROSTED FRUIT DIP 
2 oz. low-fat cream cheese or Neufchatel
3 tbsp. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
Strawberries, seedless grapes, banana or peach slices

Put the cheese in a microwave-safe measuring cup or bowl. Microwave it on high power for 30 to 40 seconds or until the cheese softens. to make the frosting, blend in powdered sugar and vanilla. Dip each fruit slice in the frosting while it is still warm so that half is frosted and half is plain. Serves 2.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
