APPLE HARVEST BAKE 
1 cup Packed Brown Sugar
3/4 cup Flour
1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
2 Slightly Beaten Eggs
1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla
2 Cups Peeled and Chopped Apples
3/4 cup Walnuts

Grease 9 inch pie plate. Combine all dry ingredients. Add eggs, vanilla; add apples and nuts.

Bake 350°F for 35 minutes.
