SWEET AND SOUR PINEAPPLE PORK 
8 oz. pork butt
1 green pepper (cubed)
4 oz. pineapple chunks
2 oz. sliced onions
Oil for frying

SEASONING:

1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Pinch white pepper
1 whole raw egg
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. soy sauce

SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE:

3 tbsp. white vinegar
3 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tbsp. salt
1/2 c. tomato catsup
3 tbsp. cornstarch solution

1. Cut pork butt into cubes, add seasoning and marinate for 30 minutes. Roll pork in dry flour until evenly coated.

2. Heat frying oil to medium heat and cook pork until brown. Place on serving plate.
