GARDEN VEGETABLE PIE | |
1 1/2 c. milk 3/4 c. Bisquick 3 eggs 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 2 c. fresh broccoli, chopped 1/2 c. onion, chopped 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped 1/2 c. cauliflower, chopped 1 c. grated cheddar cheese* Preheat oven to 400°F. In a medium bowl, thoroughly blend milk, Bisquick, eggs, salt and pepper; set aside. Lightly grease 10-inch pie plate. Cook vegetables for about 5 minutes. Drain well. Toss vegetables with cheese and spoon into pie plate. Pour batter over vegetables and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. *Try using extra cheese on top before baking. |
