MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
6 corn tortillas
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
Lettuce, shredded
1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce (hot or mild)

Brown hamburger; drain off fat. Fry tortillas until browned. Place half of the tortillas in bottom of casserole; layer half of the hamburger, then half of the cheese. Next layer the other half of the tortillas, then cheese, then the shredded lettuce. Cover the lettuce with the other half of the hamburger, making sure the lettuce is all covered. Pour enchilada sauce over all. Bake 20 minutes in 400 degree oven, or until cheese melts. Cover before baking.
