2 c. shredded lettuce 1 1/2 c. cooked macaroni shells 1 tbsp. oil (added to macaroni to prevent sticking) 6 hard cooked eggs (sliced & peppered) 10 slices cooked ham (cut in 1" strips) 1 pkg. frozen tiny green peas, thawed 1 c. shredded yellow cheese 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese Layer above ingredients in order in a clear glass 3 quart bowl, then top with following dressing or one of your choice: 1/2 c. sour cream 2 tsp. Dijon mustard 1/4 c. sliced green onions 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper |
