BANANA NUT MUFFINS 
2 c. sifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. mashed bananas
4 tbsp. vegetable oil
5 pkts. Equal
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. ground nuts

Mix and sift flour, baking powder and salt. Beat egg, add bananas, oil, Equal, milk and nuts. Beat again. Add to dry ingredients, stir until flour is dampened. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes 1 dozen.
