CORN BREAD 
2 boxes (9 oz. each) Jiffy cornbread mix
8 oz. sour cream
2 beaten eggs
1 can corn niblets
1 can creamed corn
1 stick butter, melted

Grease 13 x 9 pan. Mix eggs, corn, sour cream. Add cornbread mix and butter. Mix well. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.

This is an excellent recipe. I have been making it for years but called it "Corn Soufflé"

1 box Jiffy Corn Mix
1 can whole corn (drained)
1 can creamed corn
1 cup sour cream
1 stick butter
2 eggs

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Place in a 9x12-inch deep dish @ 350°F for 1 hour. Viola!! Corn Soufflé
