PAPER CUP FROZEN SALAD 
2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drained)
1 can Bing cherries (drained)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
4 drops red food coloring
1/4 c. chopped pecans

Combine sour cream, lemon juice, sugar, crushed pineapple and enough red food coloring to give pink tint.

Fold in nuts and Bing cherries. Spoon into fluted paper muffin cups (large size) placed in muffin tin. Freeze. Cover with plastic wrap and store in freezer.

Remove from freezer about 15 minutes before serving. Peel off paper cups and place on salad greens. Makes 12.
