PASSOVER SPONGE CAKE | |
1 doz. eggs, separated Juice of 2 lemons 12 tbsp. sugar 12 tbsp. potato starch Add lemon juice to yolks and beat with mixer until thin. Add sugar to whites and beat with mixer until it doesn't fall when turned upside down. Pour whites into yolks and mix slowly with spoon. Slowly add potato starch. Lightly grease tube pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake 3/4 to 1 hour or until brown. |
