LEMON ICEBOX PIE 
4 egg yolks, beaten
1 c. lemon juice or to taste
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Pour into a 9 inch graham cracker crumb crust. Top with meringue. Make with the egg white and bake until a golden brown.

MERINGUE:

Beat 4 egg whites until foaming. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar, one at a time. Beat until it peaks.
