QUICK QUICHE 
1 pie shell (deep dish)
6 oz. Swiss cheese
1/2-3/4 c. of chopped ham, bacon, broccoli, mushrooms, or whatever
1 tbsp. flour
4 eggs
2 c. Half and Half, scalded milk or light cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

Break cheese up into pie shell. Sprinkle with flour. Layer whatever flavor ingredients you want (ham, bacon, broccoli, etc.), beat remaining ingredients together with wire whisk and pour over into pie crust.

Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. (I often use Cheddar cheese with broccoli).
