BEER MUFFINS - AUNTIE ESTHER'S | |
3 c. Bisquick mix 1 tbsp. (heaping) sugar 1 egg, beaten 12 oz. beer Combine sugar, Bisquick, add egg and beer. Put in greased muffin tins. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, turn down to 350 degrees for 10 minutes. |
