POTATO AND MEAT CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
Garlic
Salt & pepper

Brown hamburger meat with onion and celery; season well with garlic salt and pepper. Peel and slice in rounds - 4 medium size potatoes. Par boil potatoes 20 minutes, drain partially and add 1 cup instant rice. Layer potatoes and rice in bottom of casserole dish. Cover potatoes with meat, put 1 can mushroom soup on top of meat. Slice bell pepper rings on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

This dish with vegetable salad makes a hearty meal.
