MAKE AHEAD PIE FILLING | |
4 c. peaches, nectarines or apricots 1/2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. baking mix 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon Mix above ingredients in a mixing bowl. Line a pie tin with aluminum foil (use plenty of foil so you can wrap the pie in it when it is frozen). Pour fruit mixture into foil. Freeze. Wrap and mark for future use. When needed, allow to thaw and use as pie filling or use for cobbler. |
