SPANISH BEAN SOUP | |
1 lb. can garbanzo beans 1 tbsp. salt 4 cans beef consomme plus enough water to make 2 qt. 4 oz. bacon 1 lg. onion, chopped 1 lb. potatoes, quartered 3 links hot sausage, chopped Fry bacon, onions and sausage. Drain. Add to remaining ingredients and simmer until potatoes are tender. Serve hot. |
