2 eggs
2 slices of bread
3 tbsp. butter
Salt
Pepper

Cut out the center of bread with small glass. Heat skillet; put in butter. Brown bread frame lightly on one side. Turn over. Put one egg in each frame. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Turn over for a few seconds. Serve with crisp bacon or sausage.
