PISTACHIO CAKE | |
1 pkg. yellow or white cake mix 3 sm. pkgs. pistachio instant pudding 1 lg. container Cool Whip 1/4 c. chopped pecans or pistachio nuts 1. Mix cake according to directions on box. 2. Add 1 small package pistachio instant pudding (dry). 3. Pour into prepared pans. 4. Bake in 325 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes. 5. Let cool completely. 6. Mix together: 1 large container Cool Whip, 2 small packages pistachio instant pudding mix (dry). 7. Frost cooled cake. 8. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top. |
