RHUBARB CRISP | |
3-4 c. diced rhubarb 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. baking powder 3 tbsp. butter 1 c. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. cornstarch 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. boiling water Place rhubarb in a 9 x 9 inch baking dish. Mix together next 6 ingredients. Pour over rhubarb. Then mix next 4 ingredients. Sprinkle mixture over batter. Then pour water over the dry mixture. Bake 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Serves 12. |
