MICROWAVE CARAMEL POPCORN 
1 lb. box brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
3 qt. popped corn
1 c. peanuts

Combine sugar, butter, corn syrup, water and salt. Microwave on high 12 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes. Add soda. Pour over popcorn and peanuts; toss. Spread on foil to cool.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
