SUMMER POTATO SALAD 
8-10 potatoes, cooked and diced
12 eggs, hard boiled
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 pkg. celery, chopped
1 lg. cucumber, seeded and chopped
1 lg. dill pickle, chopped fine

Mix mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper enough to make potato mixture moist. Add to mixture and refrigerate overnight.
