1 box fudge cake mix without pudding
1 c. pecans
1 egg
1 stick butter, melted
1 sm. pkg. chocolate chips
1 lg. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box powdered sugar

Mix together cake mix, pecans, egg and butter and put in greased cake pan. Pour package of chocolate chips over this. Mix cream cheese, egg, vanilla and powdered sugar and spread over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

This may also be made with yellow cake mix and no chocolate chips and is very good!
