KENTUCKY SCRAMBLE 
8 slices bacon
2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. frozen kernel corn, thawed
1/2 c. diced green bell pepper
1/4 c. diced pimento
Salt
6 eggs
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. butter

Fry bacon. Drain on paper towels. Pour off drippings except 2 tablespoons. Saute mushrooms, corn in drippings. Add green pepper, pimento, salt. Saute until pepper is soft. Melt butter in skillet with vegetables. Add egg and water (mixed). Scramble to desired doneness.
