OREO CHEESECAKE 
1 (20 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies
1/3 c. Blue Bonnet butter, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs, room temperature
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

With mixer, beat cream cheese and sugar until creamy; blend in eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Fold in about 20 chopped cookies. Crust: Melt butter, take about 30 cookies (finely rolled) and press on bottom of pan and about 2 inches up side of 9 inch pan. Pour mix onto crust and bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
