CHICKEN LIVER PATE 
1 lb. chicken livers
1 c. hot water and 1 chicken bouillon cube
1/4 med. onion, sliced
1/8 tsp. rosemary

Simmer all of the above until livers are tender, about 15 minutes.

Put 1/4 cup of broth, the chicken livers, 1/4 of medium onion, 1/2 cup soft butter, 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper and blend until smooth in blender.

Serve chilled with assorted crackers.
