CABBAGE CRUNCH 
1 lg. cabbage, chopped by hand (not real fine)
4 green onions, sliced
1/2 c. almonds
1 tsp. sesame seeds
2 pkgs. chicken flavor Ramen noodles, save seasoning for
dressing

Toast almonds and sesame seeds in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. No oil.

DRESSING:

6 tbsp. red wine vinegar
4 tbsp. sugar
1 pkg. of seasoning from noodles
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 c. oil Olive oil is good

Mix dressing ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve. Add dressing to rest of ingredients just before serving.
