BUTTERNUT SQUASH CASSEROLE 
3 c. mashed squash (can use lg. canned sweet potatoes as substitute)
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Mix all together. Put in 2 quart, greased casserole dish.

Sprinkle over top of this mixture:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. melted butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 8.
