CHEESEBURGER PIE 
Pastry for 9" pie
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce, divided
1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
2 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded (8 oz.)

Line 9 inch pie pan with pastry. Trim excess pastry around edges. Prick bottom and sides with fork. Bake at 400 degrees for 3 minutes. Remove from oven and gently prick with fork. Bake additional 5 minutes. Cook meat, bell pepper and onion in large skillet until brown; drain. Add 1/2 cup tomato sauce and next 4 ingredients, stirring well. Spoon evenly over meat. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Combine remaining tomato sauce with 1/2 cup chili sauce, or serve with regular mustard.
