CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 breast of chicken, cooked and cut up
1 c. celery, diced
2 tsp. grated onions
1/2 c. diced almonds
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. rice
3 boiled eggs, chopped
3 c. salad dressing
Salt and pepper to taste
2 c. potato chips, spread over

Mix all together except potato chips.
