RICE SALAD 
2 boxes chicken Rice-a-Roni
2 jars artichoke hearts
1 jar green olives, sliced
1 bunch scallions, sliced
3 celery stalks, chopped
3/4 c. mayonnaise (mayo)
1 tsp. curry powder

Cook rice according to directions using 1/2 cup less water. Mix rice and rest of ingredients in bowl and chill. Keep refrigerated.
