ZUCCHINI IMPERIAL 
4 c. cooked zucchini, drained well
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 eggs
1/4 c. green pepper, cut up
1 whole onion, cut up
Salt and pepper

Place zucchini in 1 1/2 quart square casserole. Cover with remaining ingredients, mixed. Top with buttered bread or cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
