PEPPER POT STEAK 
2 lbs. round steak, cut in 1/2 inch thin strips
2 lg. green peppers, cut in 1/2 inch cubes
2 lg. onions, cut in 1/2 inch cubes
2 blades celery, cut in 1/2 inch cubes
2 ripe tomatoes, cut in wedges (six wedges for each)
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. soy sauce

Season cut up steak with salt and pepper. Saute steak in hot grease until brown. Add onion and celery. Add beef stock and soy sauce. Cook for 10 minutes and add tomatoes and peppers. Cook until tender, about 10 minutes. Serve over rice.
