6 eggs, separated
1 3/4 c. powdered or extra fine sugar
Pinch of baking soda
1 oz. rum

Mix ingredients. Beat whites tgo peaks. (approximately 8 minutes or until light and fluffy).

To make Tom & Jerrys: Fill cup 1/3 full with batter. Add a shot of brandy and a shot of rum.

Fill remainder of cup with hot water. Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
