TOM AND JERRY MIX 
3 room temperature eggs
2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 oz. rum
Nutmeg

Separate eggs and beat whites until stiff. Slowly add powdered sugar and continue beating. Add 1/4 teaspoon baking soda and rum. Beat yolks 3-5 minutes until very fluffy. Fold into egg white mixture.

To make a drink: Into a coffee mug, pour 1/2 - 3/4 oz. each rum and brandy. Spoon 1/3 cup Tom and Jerry mix on alcohol. Add boiling water to fill mug. Then sprinkle with nutmeg and serve. Makes 8-10 drinks.
