LEMON BARS 
1 pkg. Super Moist Lemon Cake mix with pudding
1 c. sugar
1/3 c. butter
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated lemon or orange peel/rind

Mix cake mix, butter, and 1 egg until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup mix. Pat remaining mixture lightly in ungreased 9x13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.

Beat 2 eggs with sugar and rest of ingredients until foamy. Pour over hot layer. Sprinkle with reserved mix. Bake 15 minutes or until brown. Cool. Sprinkle with a little confectioners sugar. Cut into bars about 1 inch x 2 inches.
