SPANISH CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. bell pepper
1 c. onion
4 tbsp. oil
1 c. tomato soup
Celery or celery salt
1 can water
Sm. pkg. egg noodles

Brown together the ground beef, bell pepper, onion and oil. Then add the tomato soup, celery, water and egg noodles. Bake covered for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Top with grated cheese.
