MEAT BALLS AND SPAGHETTI 
2 lbs. lean ground meat
4 tbsp. heavy cream
2 tbsp. seasoned pepper
1 qt. tomato juice
10 slices cooked bacon
1 med. onion
1 green pepper
1 clove garlic
2 c. celery, chopped
2 (3 oz.) cans mushrooms
Parmesan cheese

In a large saucepan add tomato juice, crumbled cooked bacon and mushrooms. Chop and cook on medium heat the onion, bell pepper, garlic and celery. Add to juice mixture. Add cream and seasoned pepper to ground meat. Make meat balls, brown in 2 tablespoons of oil and add to juice mixture. Cook on low heat 5 hours. Stir in 4 to 6 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Serve over spaghetti.
