CHICKEN BAKE 
1 box UNCLE BEN'S® long grain or long grain & wild rice & seasoning (long-cooking type)
1 cut up chicken or 5-6 chicken breasts
1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
1 env. Lipton's onion soup
1 1/2 c. water
1 jar mushrooms (optional)

Put UNCLE BEN'S® rice and seasoning on bottom of pan. Place chicken on rice. Mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 envelope Lipton's onion soup, 1 1/2 cups water and mushrooms. Pour on top of chicken and rice. Cover pan with tinfoil for 1 hour. Uncover and cook at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or longer if needed.
