1 lg. bunch of broccoli
1/2 lb. bacon, crumbled
1 med. red onion, chopped
4 oz. cheddar cheese, cut in cubes
1 hard boiled egg, chopped

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. sugar
4 tbsp. vinegar

Mix together dressing. Combine salad ingredients. Pour dressing over salad just before serving.
