NANCY'S STRAWBERRY PIE | |
1 sm. strawberry jello 1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding 1 sm. Cool Whip Strawberries (fresh or frozen without syrup, chopped small) 2 ready-made pie shells, baked 3/4 c. boiling water 1/2 c. ice cubes 3/4 c. milk Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add ice cubes, stirring until melted. Set aside. Prepare pudding as directed with the 3/4 cup milk and let stand 2 minutes. Blend pudding into jello with a whisk (the jello will not be thick at this point). Fold in most of the container of Cool Whip and add strawberries. When completely blended, pour into pie shells and refrigerate. Makes 2. |
