FROZEN SALAD OR DESSERT 
2 qts. strawberries, clean & half (approx. 4 lbs. by weight)
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (#2 1/2) can apricots, drained & finely chopped
4 diced bananas
1 c. water
2 c. sugar

Use juice from pineapple and apricots plus water to equal 1 quart. Pour over fruit and freeze. I used 3 1/2 ounce portion cups. Wrap and freeze.
