PEANUT BUTTER CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. milk
2 eggs

Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt together in electric mixer. Add shortening, peanut butter and milk. Beat for 2 minutes at medium. Add eggs and beat 2 minutes longer. Pour batter into greased and floured 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Cool.

Can be iced with a vanilla icing or just glaze it and cut into squares.
