ITALIAN MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. pork sausage
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 lb. meat loaf mixture
1 lb. mild Italian sausage
1 pkg. spaghetti seasoning
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. grated Mozzarella cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Combine all ingredients well. Broil on cookie sheet for 5 minutes or until thoroughly cooked. Makes approximately 80 (1 inch) meatballs.
