CHEESE - STUFFED TROUT 
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
4 dressed trout, about 1/2 lb. each
Salt & pepper

In small bowl, combine mushrooms, onions and cheese; spoon evenly into cavity of each fish. Season with salt and pepper. Securely close cavities with toothpicks to keep stuffing inside. When ready to BBQ, place fish on greased grill 3-4 inches from hot coals. Cook 15-20 minutes, turning once until fish flakes. Great when camping.
