POTATOES ANNA 
3 lg. potatoes
3 tbsp. butter
1 scant tsp. salt

Peel potatoes, if desired, and slice into 1/8 inch slices.

Arrange potato slices in two circles with pieces overlapping in lightly greased pie plate.

Melt butter with salt and drip evenly over potatoes. Cover dish with foil. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes. Remove foil and continue to bake until taters are tender and crispy (35-40 minutes).
