CHILI CHEESE DIP 
2 lbs. Velveeta
1 lb. bulk sausage, mild or hot
1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes and green chilies

Cut cheese in cubes and place in crock pot on low along with the can of tomatoes and green chilies. Brown and drain sausage and add to cheese mixture in crock pot. Stir occasionally until melted. If it gets too thick a little beer may be added to thin. Serve with taco chips.
