PEANUT CLUSTERS 
1 lb. bark (white or chocolate) (in baking section)
12 oz. chocolate chips (I prefer semi-sweet)
12 oz. can Spanish peanuts or less
Small paper bon bon cups (to suit holiday)

Melt bark and chocolate chips in a double boiler. Add peanuts. Spoon into bon bon cups. I make ahead and freeze until day of party.
