BREAKFAST BANANA SPLIT | |
1/2 c. cottage cheese 1 banana 1 tbsp. wheat germ 1 tbsp. raisins 1 tbsp. nuts 1 tbsp. coconut 2 tsp. yogurt 2 strawberries, raspberries or blueberries Spoon 2 balls of cottage cheese into dish. Peel banana and cut into halves, lengthwise. Put half on each side of cheese balls. Sprinkle one ball with wheat germ and coconut; put raisins and nuts on the other. Top cottage cheese balls with 1 teaspoon yogurt each and top with berry. Great snack too! |
