PIZZA 
DOUGH:

1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 1/4 c. warm water
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vegetable oil

Dissolve dry yeast in water. Add other ingredients. Knead on board or cloth until smooth and elastic, 15 minutes. Brush with oil. Cover with damp cloth and let rise until double in bulk.

FILLING:

1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 c. hot water
Hot sauce to taste
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
Meat & etc. as desired
